Scammer Alert Beware: Grace Oxima / Grace Joy Lipa / Grace Joy Oxima

As being apart of the handmade community and a small business owner, I try to make sure that everyone of my customers are happy with their purchases and make sure they are happy with their purchases. So it just breaks my heart that a buyer would do this.  I usually don’t address things like this (probably because it never happened before) but the audacity of it is just shocking. I feel like I have to warn other independent stores/small businesses to not fall prey to this buyer.

On September 3,2014 this buyer Grace Oxima @imgrxcejoy purchased a couple of items from me because she saw it on Instagram. I loved her page so I was so happy to receive a purchase from her. I even spoke to her in various emails about exactly what she wanted and how excited she was about the purchase. Two weeks later she received her item and thanked me for telling me how nice it was and then she posted herself wearing the necklace on her page. I saw the photograph she took and posted to my Instagram saying how great she look in it and she thank me again in the comments. Well 24 hours later she claims she didn't receive it.

This person who just thanked me and tagged me in her photographs wearing my jewelry is pretending that she didn’t order it or receive it. I tried to work with her, see what happened, maybe this was some sort of accident, because I always try to see the good in others.  I was then penalized with a fee, I lost the item and I lost the money paid. I suppose she just wanted free stuff which is quite sad.  Please sellers beware of @imgrxcejoy and buyers like her. Its sad for someone like her to take advantage of others just because they don’t want to pay for things.

Update: She is also parading the necklace on her Facebook but "she never received it.."

Please beware of this scammer.
